Project: Redesign of online.thermospas.com in con­junc­tion with new e-store software.

The pre­vi­ous online store for Ther­mo­Spas was severely crip­pled in tech­nol­ogy, usabil­ity, and appear­ance, so when a new soft­ware pack­age was deployed, a redesign was also in order. The idea was to cre­ate a clean new look that meshed with the main Ther­mo­Spas web­site, and that would make it eas­ier for cus­tomers to browse and find the prod­ucts they need. The site does a great job of cross-promotion as well to intro­duce cus­tomers to prod­ucts they may not know about, and that may be on sale. It also makes it much eas­ier for cus­tomers to ask ques­tions and get the help they need.
