This e-mail made use of the West Vir­ginia cus­tom plan design and color palette to remind par­tic­i­pants to review their plan infor­ma­tion. The email made use of my cus­tom tem­plate for ease of pro­duc­tion and was pro­duced in ING’s mar­ket­ing sys­tem to allow plan admin­is­tra­tors to send out the email independently.
